I totally agree! Active listening is such a valuable skill for building stronger connections and gaining deeper insights. By simply allowing others to express themselves and truly listening we can learn so much more. What a great reminder to approach conversations with more care and empathy!
Excellent reminder that we have 2 ears and 1 mouth so we should use our ears twice as much as our mouth.
