More Sleep

Continuing on the beginning again theme.

The grateful habit. AKA Sleep Habit

The grateful habit works for me because, as I mentioned yesterday –

  1. I get a good night’s sleep
  2. I reflect on what works and what doesn’t
  3. I’m learning to think about what I’m thinking about. If the thinking isn’t good, I can change it. I have a friend who says            “You may not be able to change your first thought but you can certainly change your second thought”         A reminder to be grateful.  I may have some control over my thoughts, albeit little.
