Image created by Google AI. Don’t Manage Time—Manage Energy
Let’s get real: Time management is so last season. You’ve got 24 hours, same as Beyoncé, but unless you’re rocking a wind machine and backup dancers, more hours won’t help.

The secret sauce? Energy management.

Think of your energy—mental, physical, emotional—as your personal fuel. You wouldn’t drive a car on empty, so why run your life that way?

Great leaders know this. They guard their energy like it’s the last slice of pizza at a party. They schedule high-energy tasks when they’re peppy and save the low-key stuff for when they’re running on fumes.

Feeling drained after a Zoom marathon? That’s your energy waving a white flag. Energized after a brainstorming session? That’s your cue to do more of that.

Today, play detective with your energy. Note when you’re buzzing and when you’re blah. Identify tasks that zap or boost your mojo. Then, make one change—just one—to align your day with your energy peaks.

Remember, it’s not about cramming more into your day; it’s about making your energy work for you.

Branding

Branding isn’t built in a studio—it’s built in the moments between meetings, at networking events, and even while waiting for your latte.

From Drawings to Dialogue

Designers aren’t just visual thinkers—we’re translators of imagination.
When you can turn drawings into dialogue, every presentation becomes a partnership.

How Humor Can Lighten the Room

A smile can make your design pitch twice as memorable. Humor, when done right, isn’t about being a comedian it’s about being human. A little laughter reminds everyone that design is supposed to bring joy, not stress. So the next time you walk into a presentation, bring your sense of humor along with your fabric swatches. You’ll leave behind not only a beautiful concept but also a positive impression.
