Envisioning Possibilities
Helpers
A quote from Fred Rogers
“When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, “Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.
I asked AI for help today. To respond to this quote from Fred Rogers – The first was a bit schmaltzy- After I added the specific workers, this is also schmaltz but quite delightful. So… I’m sticking with it.
To the adult who might be feeling the world’s weight, know that there are helpers all around, in various forms and roles.

Plumbers work diligently to fix leaks and restore flow when life’s currents seem blocked.
And the list goes on—doctors, therapists, volunteers, neighbors—all offering their unique skills and kindness to make the world a better place.
So, take heart and know that wherever you turn, helpers are ready to lend a hand and lighten your load.
Energy Management
You don’t need more hours—you need better fuel.
Resonance
Image created by Google AI. Influence isn’t volume—it’s the resonance In a world that often equates volume with impact, it's easy to fall into the trap of believing that the loudest voice wins. But true influence isn't about decibels; it's about resonance....
Surroundings
: Leadership doesn’t live in a vacuum—it’s affected by what surrounds you.
Ask
Make Bold Requests (Even If It Scares You)
Speak Vision
If all you communicate is “what to do,” people will leave.
Hustle
Hustle isn’t the same as progress.
It’s good to be reminded that help is all around us and to ask when help is needed.
Helpers are everywhere. Such an incredible post .It made me think that in life too we have helpers.
What a great reminder post that we have so many helpers around us. This past month I have found so many helpers I didn’t even know I had. Our community is not one of homeowners, it’s neighbor helping neighbor, we’re like a family.
That’s so encouraging! And I love Mr. Rogers SO much.
