I like that approach!
I was gonna say “I want to be more organized” is not a bad goal, just it isn’t measurable. How much more organized do I have to be in order to have reached my goal?
A good reminder. When I was a marketing manager, the most important thing I did for goals was to add strategies and tactics. I think if you are not detailed in how you plan to accomplish your goal, you won’t get it started, much less finished.
Love that I can easily tie this in to what I want to do this year. I actually posted about my word of the year, the intentions behind it and all. With your Identity post, it helps give me another layer to look from. Thank you!
